LEICESTER POLSKA reached their first ever semi final of the Foster Cup, and their first first in any competition since 2008. In a game they barely deserved to win, Polska started brightly - Max Sieczka scored his first ever Polska goal on 15 SECONDS, equalling the record set by Orlando Harper in 2000. Marek Dziopa then scored with an exquisite free kick on 7 minutes. Silly errors from Polska then saw Reem come back on 16 minutes, before Dziopa scored direct from another free kick on 39 minutes. Reem then nicked one back on 41 minutes, to put the scores at 3-2 at half time. Polska were well under the cosh in the second half, and Alan Chater gave away a penalty on 52 minutes, only for Reem to hit the post from the spot kick. But they got back to 3-3 on 64 minutes and then went 4-3 up on 74 minutes as Polska lacked any spark. With the game seemingly over, Dziopa managed to set up Lukasz Tabaka, who made it 4-4 on 89 minutes and push the game into extra time. On 98 minutes, Jarek Kwiatkowski was put through, and with a deft shot that looped past the keeper, he was mobbed by his team mates as this made the score 5-4. Polska survived some late scares, but march into the semi final after a game that Reem will be wondering how they lost. It kept up Polska's 14 month unbeaten run on Knighton Park, stretching 11 games. They have also now won all 6 played at Knighton Park this season.
