There was to be Foster Cup final revenge for Leicester Polska as they lost 4-2 to MDH Knights, the result of which saw the visitors confirmed champions. Starting with just Lukasz Tabaka upfront, Polska were their own worst enemies, conceding after just 10 minutes through a defensive error. More of the same was to follow as MDH doubled their lead on 20 minutes. Polska then grabbed a lifeline on 34 minutes after Lukasz Tabaka put Max Sieczka in, the youngster scoring with a low drilled shot from the left hand side to make it 2-1. But then MDH went 3-1 up just a minute later, with a goal from nothing that somehow seemed to come from nowhere. When MDH went 4-1 up on 40 minutes, the Polska defence especially looked visibly nervous - almost as if MDH would score every time they went forward, and clearly the scars of the cup final were there for all to see. Mikey Smith then put through his own net from a Polska set piece on 43 minutes to make it 4-2 at half time. In the second half, MDH came forward numerous times, although this time Polska managed to defend for their lives, and no more goals were scored by either team, David Wasik in particular making a last ditch tackle to keep the score down.
