*** ANOTHER LEGENDARY GAME FROM POLSKA'S HALL OF FAME ***

This was the game that grabbed us the headlines in the Sporting Blue. When Stacey opened the scoring for Braunstone in the 11th minute, we all thought - here we go again. But Tom equalised 2 minutes later, and when John Garden and then Tom again (with a penalty) put us 3-1 up on 27 minutes, the Braunstone lads cracked. Yes, their heads went down straight away, and they seemed to want to be somewhere else! We took full advantage, and after the break Tom got his hat trick, then got subbed for Butch who also got a hat trick! Even Griff got 2, with Big Craig Ewen making his contribution as well.
