Match Report | LEICESTER POLSKA'S first foray into the top flight for 17 years nearly saw them pull off a famous result against Advance Couriers. Polska raced into a 2-0 lead, Adam Dyke seeing his effort creep over the goal line after just 3 minutes from a Rich Ellis throw, and Ross Grocock doubling the home sides tally just 4 minutes later with a powerful volley. Advance then hit back with two goals on 13 and 14 minutes, before the returning Savvo Wieczorek put Polska 3-2 up on 23 minutes with a rare header (from an Adam Dyke throw). Ross Grocock was then injured and replaced by Shalin Lal on 34 minutes, but Polska saw out their lead until half time. Advance got their equaliser in the 46th minute after a lucky free kick, but Polska seemed set to hold firm before the visitors got the crucial winning goal with just 4 minutes remaining.
