Match Report | LEICESTER POLSKA stormed into the semi finals of the Arthur Moore cup after a strong second half performance. Totally off the pace in the first 45 minutes, Sean Cooke opened the scoring after 7 minutes when Luke Dyke slipped on the frosty surface, leaving Cooke the task of burying the ball past Polska keeper Jason Hughes. However, Chris Rudkin then ghosted in after 11 minutes to blast home the equaliser. Danny McNulty then unleashed a 30 yard shot that gave Hurricanes the lead going into the break. But Polska were a totally different outfit in the second half, and after hitting the post 3 times and the bar twice, their luck finally changed when they were awarded a penalty on 65 minutes for an obvious handball. Andy Ilnicki tucked home from 12 yards, and then added another on 81 minutes with a fine header. Darren Wheeler then put the result beyond doubt on 88 minutes to make it 4-2.
