Match Report | DARREN WHEELER returned to haunt his old club as Polska crashed out of the Billy Walton Cup, despite a decent second half performance. Wheeler scored 9 goals at home on Knighton Park in his stint at Polska last year, but this time was the one that did the damage to Polska. He scored as early as the 7th minute, before Curtis Johnson pulled Polska level on 17 minutes - his fourth goal in two games. But Wheeler again turned the screw just two minutes later before Ash Stone made it 3-1 on the half hour mark as Polska lacked competitiveness. Chris Rudkin then pulled one back on 35 minutes, and the hosts went off pretty surprised that it was 3-2 at half time - their performance certainly didn't warrant such a close score. But Polska showed plenty of customary spirit in the second half, with debutant Chris Wilson failing to beat the Anstey keeper when clean through, and then Chris Rudkin unable to convert a decent chance. Polska worked hard for the equaliser, but Wheeler settled the matter by securing his hat trick in the final minute.
