POLSKA failed to capitalise on their heroics of last week, and this time their patched up side couldn't contain the movement and guile of Beaumont. However, Martin Lewis still gave Polska a 15th minute lead, before Polska conceded on 37 minutes to make it 1-1 at half time. Earlier, Mo Baldeh had spurned 2 glorious chances to give Polska a 3-0 lead. He said after that it was his worst performance in 2 years. Beaumont went 2-1 up on 49 minutes, before pulling further clear on 60 and 67 minutes. Baldeh did finally pull one back for Polska on 85 minutes, and prior to that Andzrej Podburalzynski had saved a 80th minute penalty after Chris Lewis had deliberately handled the ball on the line. How he escaped a red card is anyone's guess, anyone would think the Polska manager was reffing or something.
