Season 2014-15

PRZEMEK PRZERWA was the Polska hero, scoring their winner 15 SECONDS from time (in the 93rd minute) as Polska avenged their defeat away to the same side a month ago. Polska were cruising in the first half, and were the dominant side, but only had a Patryk Szczypczyk goal to show for their efforts. That said, it was a brilliant goal on 37 minutes, with Savo Wieczorek passing to his team mate, Patryk unleashed a 20 yard curler that hit the right hand corner of the net. Yet Polska then started the second half in first gear, and Thurlaston dominated the play. They equalised on 75 minutes after Spider could not hold an initial shot, as the scores went 1-1. Polska then seemed to stir, but it was Patryk S who provided to pass for Przerwa to get the winner right at the death to leave Polska celebrating, and perhaps remembering how they themselves had been undone in the last seconds against Narborough & Enderby 2 weeks ago.
