Season 2015-16

This game was like a good night out. Brilliant and enjoyable then suffering afterwards. For the first half in particular, Polska were sublime. The attacking play was exceptional, and upwards of 20 chances on goal classes as a disappointment given that Polska only converted 4 of them. Piotr started the ball rolling, heading in a powerful effort on 12 minutes from a Lutowicz corner. Then Mantas scored on 23 minutes after good work from Radek. On 32 minutes, Marek scored a delicious goal - picking the ball up in the centre circle, he advanced 20 yards and with everyone expecting him to pass, he simply picked his spot - in this case the bottom left corner of the Kilworth goal - and buried it. Polska then fell asleep and allowed Kilworth to pull one back on 37 minutes after a break away with their 4-5-1 formation. Fortunately, Max got another just one minute later after being set up by Marek to make it 4-1 at half time.

In the second half, substitutions were made, and Lutowicz made it 5-1 on 52 minutes from a Mantas pass who had bamboozled a lot of defenders in that move. Mantas himself then made it 6-1 on 65 minutes after shrugging off the Kilworth left back who appealed in vain for a non existent free kick. Polska then seemed to shut off for the day, and with Kilworth now playing 2 out and out forwards, Polska couldn't handle the constant long ball, dropping off deep and opening up the midfield for their opponents. In between a couple of Polska 'goals' ruled out for offisde, Kilworth pulled goals back on 75, 79 and a strange penalty on 82 minutes. But Polska saw off the threat, and now sit top with their 2 wins.
