On a terrible pitch added to some very good chances missed, Polska went down 3-2 to Northfield. The hosts led on 12 minutes after Polska twice failed to deal with successive corners, before Max pounced on a tremendous Jarek pass to make it 1-1 on 21 minutes. But on 25 minutes, Northfield beat the offside trap to make it 2-1. In the second half a long range goal kick from Backo beat the entire NE defence for Piotr to equalise on 55 minutes, but the keeper could then only look on stranded in the 69th minute as NE scored direct from a free kick.
