POLSKA suffered their heaviest defeat since April 2010 as their patched up side eventually melted away against St Marks.

They have now gone 9 games without a league win - their worst run since that same season.

On the plus side, Patryk Szczyplzyk scored his first ever Polska goal, and Rys Procinski now holds the record for most ever appearances from a Polska player
